Pay for the time you use
Survey and Quote Visit
Choose this option for larger or more complex jobs where the handyman needs to see exactly what work is involved and what materials or equipment are needed.
1. The survey visit will allow us to inspect what work needs doing and produce a quote for you.
2. This visit costs £19
Should the total value of the work be over £200 we will deduct the survey fee off the final invoice for the work.
3. The survey is booked as a half-hour slot and the Handyman will usually have to return on a separate day to actually undertake the work. However it may sometimes be possible to complete the work on the same visit.
Please allow up to 3 working days for us to produce the quote. Which will be sent to you via email.
Rescheduling / cancellation policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking, please give us 48 hours notice
Rates
Rates are final with no hidden charges added. All prices are for labour only and do not include any materials.
Shopping time for all materials and supplies will be added on top of the service
Parking
Parking permits, fees, and arrangements are the customer’s responsibility. Please check the parking restrictions at your home/office before making a booking.
We will try to come in on a scooter to save parking chargers where practicable
Builders Waste
Customer is responsible for builders waste removal
* The minimum time per appointment is 30min. After the first 30min, we will charge on a half-hour basis. Prices are inclusive of all taxes.
** A stand-alone survey fee of £39 is only applicable in cases where we arrive and are unable to carry out the work.
*** We charge a half hour of £10 shopping time for the delivery of all necessary supplies & materials upon your request. Materials costs and “shopping time” rates will be added separately on the top of your service bill.
**** Payment must be made in full upon completion of the work and receipt of the invoice
